a certified yoga teacher with over 1,100 hours of training. I blend traditional yoga with modern science to help you build strength, relieve stress, and reconnect with yourself.
A passionate yoga teacher dedicated to helping you discover balance, strength, and peace through the beautiful practice of yoga.
My journey combines the ancient wisdom of yoga with a modern, scientific approach—making every class an experience that’s both grounded and transformational.

I hold:
200-Hour Teacher Training Certification (TTC)
900-Hour Advanced Teacher Training Certification (ATTC)
Certified and recognized by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.
In addition, I hold:
B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Biotechnology
Currently pursuing M.A. in Yoga, deepening my knowledge in yogic science, therapy, and philosophy.
